Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the effective execution of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Assist in planning and organizing training sessions across various functions.
b. Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and trainer coordination.
c. Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and documentation for employee participation tracking.
d. Act as a liaison between training partners and employees for smooth delivery of sessions.
e. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
f. Support the administration of online learning platforms and resources.
g. Ensure a smooth invoicing process till payment completion by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
