Max Estates’ completed Grade A+ office projects – Max Towers and Phase 1 of Max House are 100% leased and is a clear testimony of the organisation’s WorkWell philosophy, which ensures holistic well-being of its users, enabled by a unique ecosystem of spaces including F&B and several amenities, as well as acceptance and appreciation of its impeccable service standards and design led sustainable developments. Max Estates' newest development, Max Square, received its Completion Certificate in February 2023. The development has obtained the highest green building standards certification from Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and is IGBC Platinum certified for green building standards.
Our upcoming WorkWell experiences include Max House Phase Two in Okhla, Delhi, with a development potential of 0.15 mn sq. ft. and expected to be delivered by Q3 FY24. This will make our Okhla development into an unparalleled office campus in South Delhi – epitomizing the theme of ‘modernity blended with tradition’.
Our other mega project is Max Square Two (an extension of Max Square) in Sector 129, Noida with a development potential of ~1 mn sq ft . Bringing alive the theme of ‘where nature meets work’, it will be a unique ~7-acre mixed use campus that seamlessly blends office space with hospitality, retail and F&B.
We have already entered the Gurugram commercial real estate (CRE) market with the acquisition of a 7.15-acre land parcel on Golf Course Extension Road (GCER) which has a development potential of ~1.6 Mn sq. ft.
