Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare investment proposals and presentations.
2–5 years of professional experience in financial modeling, investment advisory, or strategy role in consulting, advising, or equity with firms (KPMG, PWC, McKinsey, Deloitte, or EY) with exposure to real estate (commercial).


Architect – Design (36A Gurgaon)

Experience: 6–10 years of experience.
Qualification: B. Arch
Key responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and conceptualization of real estate projects, ensuring creative and functional excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Collaborate with project teams to audit RA bills for commercial and residential projects.
Assist in contract administration and negotiation and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Location: Delhi/NCR region
Experience: 5 – 10 years, preferably from a RE developer that leases commercial space or an IPC working in the same space.
Qualification: MBA
Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the leasing operations for the real estate company, including tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Maintain relationships with tenants, address their concerns, and ensure lease compliance.
Monitor market trends and competition to make informed decisions and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.


Manager – Planning and Costing (Residential) 

Location: HQ Office, NOIDA
Experience:  8–12 years of experience
Qualification- M.Tech./B.Tech./ B.E. in Civil Engineering. Preferrable from NICMAR.

Supervise a team to ensure accurate cost analysis, adherence to budgets, and timely project completion.

Manager – Execution 

Location: 36A, Gurgaon
Experience: 8-12 Years of experience.
Qualification – B.Tech / B.E / Diploma
Key responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the execution of real estate projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Implement and enforce construction and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
Collaborate with other departments such as design, legal, and finance to ensure seamless project execution.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.


Marketing Executive

Location: Noida
Experience: 0-1 years
Educational Qualification: Graduates and post-graduates from any degree discipline
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in implementation of marketing and advertising activities, and development of marketing collaterals. Conduct marketing operations and interface with agencies and internal stakeholders. Help collect data, analyse metrics and assess customer satisfaction.


Project Lead

Experience: 12–16 years of experience.
Qualification: B.Tech./ B.E. + MBA
Key responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of a premium luxury residence project, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and timely completion.
Manage project planning, execution, and delivery, including coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining the project’s premium standards.
Spearhead the implementation of innovative design concepts and ensure the incorporation of luxury finishes and amenities.
Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs and expectations and providing regular project updates.
Supervise a multidisciplinary project team, oversee overall execution, provide guidance and mentorship, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
