Key responsibilities:
Assist in planning and costing activities for commercial real estate projects, including budget development, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
Collaborate with project teams to analyze construction and development costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Conduct regular cost reviews, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend value engineering solutions.

Manager – Planning and Costing (Residential)

Experience:  8–12 years of experience
Qualification- M.Tech./B.Tech./ B.E. in Civil Engineering. Preferrable from NICMAR.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the planning and costing activities for residential real estate projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
Supervise a team to ensure accurate cost analysis, adherence to budgets, and timely project completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Play a pivotal role in enhancing project efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards in the real estate company.


Manager – Execution 

Location: 36A, Gurgaon
Experience: 8-12 Years of experience.
Qualification – B.Tech / B.E / Diploma
Key responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the execution of real estate projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Implement and enforce construction and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain project schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
Collaborate with other departments such as design, legal, and finance to ensure seamless project execution.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

Manager-Design

Location: Noida

Experience: 10 years of experience.

Qualification: B Arch

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial preparation, auditing, and management, with a keen understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls. This role involves leading multiple projects, working closely with reputed CA firms, and utilizing ERP SAP to streamline financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating with various consultants, planning and designing, reviewing design submissions, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet design standards. Knowledge of Haryana Approval processes and RERA regulations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with structural, MEP, traffic, signage, interior, security, Green building, and landscape consultants to ensure cohesive project development.

2. Plan and design project elements, and review designs submitted by design consultants for accuracy and feasibility.

3. Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with the approved design and evaluate the quality of work and identify any bottlenecks.

4. Oversee the preparation and submission of drawings for regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.


Sr Manager/AGM-Finance and Accounts

Location: Noida
Experience: 10-12 years
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in financial preparation, auditing, and management, with strong expertise in regulatory compliance and internal controls. This role involves leading multiple projects, collaborating with reputed CA firms, and utilizing ERP SAP to streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  2. Develop and present Monthly MIS reports to highlight profitability and cash flow positions.
