Location: Noida 

Experience: 

  • Graduate Civil Engineer: 4+ years 
  • Diploma Civil Engineer: 7+ years 

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 

The ideal candidate will manage procurement and contracts for multi-storied residential real estate projects. Experience with Class A contractors, chartered engineering firms, and onsite project exposure is highly desirable. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop procurement schedules and vendor databases for contractors and suppliers. 
  1. Draft RFQs/RFPs and review purchase requisitions. 
  1. Perform estimation, rate analysis, value engineering, and market benchmarking. 
  1. Manage vendor prequalification and bid processes, including technical and commercial evaluations. 
  1. Issue purchase/work orders and draft contract agreements, including GCC, SCC, and addendums.

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the effective execution of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.

    The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and recruitment 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Onboarding Operations: 

    a. Complete all pre-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and statutory form submission. 
    b. Facilitate new joiner onboarding through ZOHO People, including profile creation and induction management. 
    c. Coordinate the issuance of appointment letters, I-Cards, access cards, and laptops. 
    d. Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and values. 
    e. Organize and oversee induction activities, including ZOHO training, biometric setup, and office tours. 
    f. Ensure background verification is completed and maintain accurate documentation.

    The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate the entire interior design process, including design approvals, drawings issuance, and site execution for spaces such as receptions, lobbies, clubhouses, and more. They will ensure timely delivery, resolve design clashes, and supervise onsite execution. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Lead interior design coordination and oversee execution for all projects. 
    1. Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for approvals and timely delivery of drawings. 
    1. Supervise FF&E processes, sample approvals, and maintain design documentation.

    Manager-BD and Growth (Land Acquisition)

    Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate development, private equity, IPCs, or consultancy firms. 

    Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred), Chartered Accountant 

    The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the NCR real estate market, development norms, and strong networks with landowners, brokers, and financial institutions. A proven track record in land acquisition, deal structuring, and stakeholder management is essential. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Source and evaluate land opportunities, conduct due diligence, and structure deals effectively. 
    1. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and coordinate with legal and development agencies.

    Manager/Sr Manager-MEP

    Experience: 10-12 years (minimum 5 years in a lead MEP role)

    Job Summary:

    This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of projects. The role involves design review, project execution, compliance management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless MEP operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.  MEP Design & Review – Assist in MEP design development and provide technical guidance to design and construction teams.

    2.  Scope Development – Develop detailed engineering scopes of work and review consultant submissions.

    3.  Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all designs and installations comply with local and national engineering codes.
