Assistant Manager – Planning

Location: Noida 
Reports to: Project Head 
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E) 
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, costing, and monitoring within the real estate or construction industry 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and close coordination with site and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and track detailed construction schedules and project budgets using MS Project or Primavera 
  • Develop and review project cash flows received from sites to monitor financial health and progress 
  • Prepare and maintain project MIS including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and other periodic updates 
  • Prepare preliminary and pre-construction budgets for new project launches 
  • Conduct monthly review of approved versus actual budgets and highlight variances 
  • Track and analyze deviations in project cost and schedule; prepare mitigation plans for delays 
  • Coordinate with site teams to monitor execution progress and identify bottlenecks 
  • Develop detailed schedules for critical project activities to ensure adherence to timelines 
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Design, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution 
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify challenges, and align execution with project targets 

Key Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or Diploma in Facility / Administration Management preferred 
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment 

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative operations across Max Estates’ offices, overseeing vendors, facilities, budgeting, and employee experience. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a workplace that reflects our ethos of “Live Well, Work Well.” 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality workplace experience. 
  • Conduct daily rounds of the office to ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards (look, feel & touch). 
  • Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and front-office teams; ensure adherence to service quality and safety norms. 
  • Manage vendor coordination, agreements, billing, and payments; maintain an accurate payment tracker and cost records. 
  • Conduct regular site visits across projects and handle runner work and administrative support for the MD’s Office as needed. 
  • Maintain inventory and storage of admin materials; ensure timely procurement and optimal utilization. 
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cost sheets, and SOPs on Excel; ensure adherence to approved spends. 
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events and employee engagement activities. 
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Executive Assistant to COO – Projects 

Location: Max Towers, Noida 
Reports to: COO – Projects 
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

Experience: 4–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in real estate, infrastructure, or project-led organizations 

The role of the Executive Assistant to the COO – Projects is to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support, ensuring effective time management, coordination, and communication. The position requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while aligning with Max Estates’ ethos of “Live Well, Work Well.” 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Calendar & Meeting Management 

  • Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time allocation across priorities. 
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, reviews, and site visits, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place. 
  • Track and follow up on key action items arising from meetings to ensure timely closure. 

2. Communication & Coordination 

  • Serve as a key liaison between the COO’s office and internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the COO. 
  • Ensure professional and timely communication aligned with organizational standards. 

3. Information & Document Management 

  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS, and dashboards for review meetings. 
  • Support preparation of presentations, status updates, and documentation for management reviews and board-level meetings. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion. 

4. Travel & Event Coordination 

  • Manage travel itineraries, logistics, and accommodation for the COO and team. 
  • Coordinate event participation, conferences, and internal project review sessions. 

5. Operational Support 

  • Support project and administrative coordination, ensuring timely submission of reports and approvals. 
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Design, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Site Teams) to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 
  • Assist in the preparation of cost summaries, project schedules, and key business presentations. 

Key Skills: 

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Landscape Architect 

Location: Noida 
Reports to: Head – Design & Product 
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institute 
Experience: Minimum 5 years in landscape architecture for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, with proven experience in design coordination and site execution 

The ideal candidate will bring strong creative and technical expertise in landscape design, from concept to execution. The role demands close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that design intent aligns with project vision, timelines, and quality standards. A deep understanding of horticulture, hardscape, and sustainable landscape practices is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end landscape design development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects 
  • Drive concept design, schematic planning, detailed drawings, and site execution in coordination with consultants and internal teams 
  • Review and refine landscape drawings, including hardscape, softscape, lighting, irrigation, and street furniture layouts 
  • Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, monitor implementation, and resolve design-related challenges on-site 
  • Coordinate with consultants and vendors for BOQs, specifications, material samples, and mock-ups 
  • Prepare design presentations, narratives, and landscape guidelines for internal and external reviews 
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure timely delivery of drawings and approvals 
  • Review GFC drawings, identify design conflicts, and provide proactive solutions 
  • Maintain a repository of drawings, specifications, mood boards, and visual references for all projects 

Key Skills: 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit 
  • Strong understanding of horticulture, plant species, and sustainable landscape practices 
  • Hands-on experience in site supervision and landscape execution 
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and functionality 


Structural Design Lead

Location: Noida 
Reports to: Head – Technical Design 
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering; PE or CEng certification preferred 
Experience: Minimum 15 years in structural design, with expertise in large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects 

The ideal candidate will bring deep structural engineering expertise, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external consultants are essential, along with up-to-date knowledge of building codes, advanced design software, and construction techniques. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead structural design strategy across residential and commercial real estate projects 
  • Review structural designs, GFC drawings, and ensure alignment with architectural and MEP systems 
  • Ensure all designs adhere to local and international codes and safety regulations 
  • Conduct structural analysis and assist in selecting appropriate construction materials 
  • Prepare and manage detailed documentation including reports, drawings, and calculations 
  • Provide technical support during construction phases and conduct periodic site visits 
  • Integrate sustainability and innovation into structural design approaches 
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency 

Key Skills: 

  • Expertise in stress analysis, structural behavior, and material science 
  • Strong knowledge of IS and global building codes 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and BIM tools 
  • Experience with structural systems across steel, concrete, timber, and composites 
  • Effective project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
