Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary: 

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the effective execution of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

a. Assist in planning and organizing training sessions across various functions. 
b. Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and trainer coordination.

    Job Summary: 

    The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and recruitment 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Onboarding Operations: 

    a. Complete all pre-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and statutory form submission. 
    b. Facilitate new joiner onboarding through ZOHO People, including profile creation and induction management. 
    c. Coordinate the issuance of appointment letters, I-Cards, access cards, and laptops. 
    d. Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and values. 
    e. Organize and oversee induction activities, including ZOHO training, biometric setup, and office tours. 
    f. Ensure background verification is completed and maintain accurate documentation. 
    g. Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing queries and providing support.

They will ensure timely delivery, resolve design clashes, and supervise onsite execution. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Lead interior design coordination and oversee execution for all projects. 
    1. Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for approvals and timely delivery of drawings. 
    1. Supervise FF&E processes, sample approvals, and maintain design documentation.

    Senior Architect – Gurgaon Cluster 

    Location: Gurgaon 
    Experience: Minimum 12 years in architectural design and execution of large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects 
    Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution 

    The ideal candidate will be a visionary design leader with a robust portfolio in high-end real estate developments. They should have end-to-end experience across concept design, execution, and stakeholder management, with deep knowledge of Gurgaon’s regulatory framework. Strong collaboration, project management, and leadership skills are essential to this role. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Lead the architectural design vision and execution across multiple residential and commercial projects in the Gurgaon cluster 
    • Deliver innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable design solutions aligned with the “Live Well, Work Well” philosophy 
    • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, ensuring timely milestone delivery from concept to site execution 
    • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, construction, and sales teams for integrated and market-aligned design outcomes 
    • Ensure designs comply with Gurgaon’s local building codes, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements 
    • Conduct regular design reviews, audits, and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction

    Experience: Minimum 15 years in structural design, with expertise in large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects 

    The ideal candidate will bring deep structural engineering expertise, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external consultants are essential, along with up-to-date knowledge of building codes, advanced design software, and construction techniques. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Lead structural design strategy across residential and commercial real estate projects 
    • Review structural designs, GFC drawings, and ensure alignment with architectural and MEP systems 
    • Ensure all designs adhere to local and international codes and safety regulations 
    • Conduct structural analysis and assist in selecting appropriate construction materials 
    • Prepare and manage detailed documentation including reports, drawings, and calculations 
    • Provide technical support during construction phases and conduct periodic site visits
