Assistant Manager-Procurement (MEP) 

Location: Noida 

Experience: 

  • Graduate Civil Engineer: 4+ years 
  • Diploma Civil Engineer: 7+ years 

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 

The ideal candidate will manage procurement and contracts for multi-storied residential real estate projects. Experience with Class A contractors, chartered engineering firms, and onsite project exposure is highly desirable. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop procurement schedules and vendor databases for contractors and suppliers. 
  1. Draft RFQs/RFPs and review purchase requisitions. 
  1. Perform estimation, rate analysis, value engineering, and market benchmarking. 
  1. Manage vendor prequalification and bid processes, including technical and commercial evaluations. 
  1. Issue purchase/work orders and draft contract agreements, including GCC, SCC, and addendums. 
  1. Oversee bank guarantees, insurance, and import material processes. 
  1. Handle GST, TDS/TCS, credit/debit notes, and variation claims. 
  1. Generate MIS reports and ensure contract closure. 

Key Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems like SAP/ARIBA/FARVISION.
