Experience: 8+ years in interior design execution for residential and commercial projects.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design
The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate the entire interior design process, including design approvals, drawings issuance, and site execution for spaces such as receptions, lobbies, clubhouses, and more. They will ensure timely delivery, resolve design clashes, and supervise onsite execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design coordination and oversee execution for all projects.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for approvals and timely delivery of drawings.
- Supervise FF&E processes, sample approvals, and maintain design documentation.
- Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with designs and resolve deviations.
- Develop mood boards and material palettes to align with project themes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with procurement for material selection and vendor finalization.
- Review design submissions for technical accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement innovative design solutions and stay updated on industry trends.
Key Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, and knowledge of 3D renders and walkthroughs.
