Max Estates: Max Estates Limited has concluded the transaction with New York Life Insurance Company (NYL) and securing an investment of Rs 391 crore. NYL has acquired a 49 percent stake in Max Towers and Max House (Phases I & II), both operational commercial assets located in Noida and Delhi. Max Estates will hold 51 percent stake in these properties, as per the company’s filing.
