When conceiving Max Towers as a development, we set out to create a product designed to address the future of work while considering human capital to be an organization’s most valuable resource.

As a result, the workspace we offer our tenants acts as an area of advantage for retention, recruitment, development and well-being. Hence, we wanted to re-think the workspace to not only be a real estate asset, but a strategic asset for our tenants.

The intention with Max Towers is to blend thoughtful design and superior hospitality to create an environment, which integrates work and life, nurturing a more productive, healthier and happier community. In essence, Max Towers enables great work while enhancing the wellbeing of its occupants.

“WorkWell” which serves as a core theme and runs through all aspects of Max Towers – including but not limited to F&B offerings, the artworks, and the spaces which are designed.
