Qualification: B.Tech. / B.E. in Civil Engineering. Preferrable from NICMAR.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in planning and costing activities for commercial real estate projects, including budget development, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
Collaborate with project teams to analyze construction and development costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Conduct regular cost reviews, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend value engineering solutions.
Support the commercial planning and costing processes to enhance project efficiency and profitability in the real estate company.
