Brand Manager – Residential Business

Location: Noida 
Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing roles; real estate experience preferred but not mandatory 
Qualification: MBA in Marketing preferred 

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and organized marketing professional with a passion for brand building and customer engagement. They should have experience in integrated marketing communications, media planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. A creative mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders are essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the brand custodian for specific residential projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. 
  • Manage end-to-end launch timelines including marketing collateral, media planning, and campaign execution. 
  • Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives including print, outdoor, radio, events, activations, and exhibitions. 
  • Oversee development, printing, and inventory management of marketing collaterals. 
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful brand campaigns. 
  • Coordinate post-sales communication to enhance customer experience and reinforce brand promise. 
  • Conduct customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to gain insights on brand triggers and barriers. 
  • Guide social media and digital teams on residential marketing strategy and creative direction. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for timely, cost-effective execution of marketing deliverables. 
  • Benchmark competitor activities and marketing best practices to drive innovation.
