Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the brand custodian for specific residential projects, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage end-to-end launch timelines including marketing collateral, media planning, and campaign execution.
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives including print, outdoor, radio, events, activations, and exhibitions.
- Oversee development, printing, and inventory management of marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful brand campaigns.
- Coordinate post-sales communication to enhance customer experience and reinforce brand promise.
- Conduct customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to gain insights on brand triggers and barriers.
- Guide social media and digital teams on residential marketing strategy and creative direction.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for timely, cost-effective execution of marketing deliverables.
- Benchmark competitor activities and marketing best practices to drive innovation.
